Shipping

How will we deliver your order?

We utilize FedEx / DHL /President Transnet Corp. (Taiwan) / SF Express and their partners for shipping. Expedited shipping options are available for those who wish to receive their products sooner.

How long does order processing take?

7 working days after payment has been received.

How long will it take for your order to arrive?

The standard delivery time may vary depending on your location. Shipping for orders sent to destinations outside Taiwan (R.O.C) will vary based on local customs regulations.

How can you track your order?

Instructions for order tracking are included in an email sent to you when your order ships. You can also check the status of your order here.

Payments

What currency does the store use?

All prices and payments are in US dollars.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accepts Bank Wire Transfer, andpayments via a third-party service: PayPal. PayPal is ideal for customers using cards issued outside Taiwan (R.O.C). We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.

Do you have to pay customs fees and import duties?

Yes, if required by the ship-to destination country. If customs fees, duties, or taxes are levied once a shipment reaches your country, you're responsible for paying them. These additional charges are not included in the payment made to LIPS Corporation, and we have no control over or ability to predict them. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so contact your local customs office for details.

Will you be charged sales tax for your order?

Sales tax is based on the ship-to address for orders. It is charged where LIPS Corporation has an economic presence and is required to be registered. For international orders, refer to the question above.

Returns

How can you refund your items?

Please note, customer orders and all sale items (including hardware products and software license merchandise) are final and non-refundable. LIPS will only accept a returned hardware product purchased with a manufacturing defect. LIPS is only responsible for damages that were caused during the manufacturing process. All software license merchandise (SDK/Middleware/Application) sale items are final and non-exchangeable & non-replacementable.

How to return return the defective items?

LIPS will process an RMA (Return Material Authorization) to return the defective items, and provide you with a replacement if it is within the 12-month warranty period. If the hardware product becomes defective outside of the warranty period, an RMA will not be issued. Please return all damaged hardware product items within 14 days with a recommended tracking #. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

How long is the warranty?

LIPS warranties the hardware for 12 months from date of shipment. To determine warranty status, we will send you a form and require the following information be provided: failure description, serial/part number, and date code (if applicable).
