What currency does the store use?
All prices and payments are in US dollars.
What payment methods are accepted?
Currently, our website accepts Bank Wire Transfer, and payments via a third-party service: PayPal. PayPal is ideal for customers using cards issued outside Taiwan (R.O.C). We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.
Do you have to pay customs fees and import duties?
Yes, if required by the ship-to destination country. If customs fees, duties, or taxes are levied once a shipment reaches your country, you're responsible for paying them. These additional charges are not included in the payment made to LIPS Corporation, and we have no control over or ability to predict them. Will you be charged sales tax for your order?

LIPS Store Return and Warranty Policies
Welcome to the LIPS Store. We are committed to providing high-quality 3D vision hardware and software solutions. Due to the precision and professional nature of our products, please carefully review our Return, Warranty, and Liability policies before making a purchase.
Hardware Returns & Manufacturing Defects
LIPS only accepts returns for hardware products that possess a manufacturing defect. Our liability is limited to damages that occurred during the manufacturing process.
Warranty Coverage & RMA Processing
LIPS provides a 12-month hardware warranty starting from the date of shipment. For defective items within this warranty period, please contact us and we will process an RMA (Return Material Authorization) and provide a replacement. We will not issue an RMA for products that become defective outside of this 12-month period. Please note that this warranty and return policy applies exclusively to hardware products purchased directly from the LIPS Store.
Warranty Registration (For Third-Party Purchases)
If you purchased your LIPS product through one of our authorized distributors or platforms, we highly recommend registering your device to ensure seamless warranty support. Please visit our Warranty Registration Page to activate your coverage and receive the latest technical updates.
Warranty Verification
To determine your warranty eligibility, we will provide an evaluation form. You will be required to submit the following information: a clear description of the failure, the serial number, and the date code (if applicable).
Shipping & Handling
Once an RMA is authorized, please return the defective hardware within 14 days. We highly recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number. Please be advised that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Software & Digital Products
All sales of software licenses (including SDKs, Middleware, and Applications) are final. These products are non-exchangeable and not eligible for replacement.
