Known Issues (Read Before Purchase)

The current software presents some limitations not being able output a complete 360 degrees scan for shapes that are:

  1. Round
  2. Cylinder Shaped: such as bottles
  3. Shapes and objects with scattered body parts such as Plants, Flowers.

Software Licensing Policies

All software license merchandise (SDK/Middleware/Application) sale items are final and non-exchangeable & non-replacementable.

LIPScan 3D™ Scan software is charged per hardware-locked software license key “locking” to one and only one "serial number" of a specific LIPSedge™ and Intel Real Sense camera.

Once your payment via PayPal or bank wire is confirmed, you will receive an account registration and activation email from our license management system. After registering and logging in, simply follow the steps to bind your camera’s serial number to activate the software, or check for software version updates.
